Notice to Vacate

When you decide it is time to vacate your property, we require written notice from you. Please submit the Vacate Notice Form to our office and follow up with your property manager to confirm we have received your notice. In preparation for your vacate, please refer to our Renters Guide, which includes a Cleaning Guide to ensure the property is left in good condition and a copy of the Returning Keys Form

Important Steps to Complete Before Vacating:

Mail Redirection:
Fill out a mail redirection form with Australia Post to ensure any correspondence sent to your old address reaches you.

Utility Providers:
Contact all utility providers (telephone, internet, pay TV, power, gas, etc.) to inform them of your move. Arrange for final readings and ensure utilities remain connected for three business days after your vacate date. This allows us to check all appliances during the bond inspection and ensures there are no delays with your bond refund.

NBN Equipment:
All NBN Access Devices must remain at the property. Do not remove these devices when vacating. For more information on NBN connections, visit: NBN Moving Home
