Reporting Non-Urgent Repairs:
For non-urgent repairs, please send an email to your Property Manager including photos of the issue. Your Property Manager will then contact you to assist with arranging the repair.
Reporting Urgent Repairs:
The following issues are legally defined as urgent repairs and require immediate attention:
- A burst water service
- A blocked or broken toilet system
- A serious roof leak
- A gas leak
- A dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- Failure of an essential service or appliance for hot water, water, cooking, heating or laundering
- Failure of the gas, electricity or water supply
- A cooling appliance or service provided with the property is not working
- The property does not meet minimum standards
- A safety-related device (e.g. smoke alarm or pool fence) is not working
- An appliance, fitting or fixture that is causing significant water wastage
- Any fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure (including structural issues causing pests, mould or damp)
- A serious issue with a lift or staircase
If you require urgent repairs during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm), please contact your Property Manager immediately and follow up with a written request to ensure there is a record of your report.
